"The CNN commentator just called New Hampshire the 'LIE-ve, Free or Die' state."
"Really?" she asked. "Meaning what?"
"I mean that she said it like 'live' in 'live birth,'" I answered. "Rather than 'live' like 'Live and Let Die.'"
"Oh," she said.
"I think it was just an honest slip of the tongue."
